Superhero Party
Tuesday, August 4

Come by the Keyes Library to celebrate the end of summer reading with a Superhero Party! Participants can play Pin the Symbol on Batman, a Spiderman Toss Game, and a Superhero Bean Bag Toss Game. Participants can also pose as their favorite superhero in our photo booth area and make superhero lollipops, masks, and scratch art. Individuals can also use their super brain power to guess the number of candies in the jar,  the closest guess will win the entire jar of candy. Cake and light refreshments will also be served while supplies last. Children who participated in the Superhero Academy will also receive a diploma, which certifies they can assume their superhero identity. Individuals are welcome to come in costume, however, costumes are not required.

This program is geared to students in Kindergarten - 3rd grade and their families. Refreshments will be served. Building STEAM With Día is sponsored by the Friends of the Oakdale Library.

This program is a part of the Salida Library's Tuesdays Are Family Days series. Children can come in their pajamas. Bring a picnic dinner and a blanket to sit on. The library will provide a beverage and popcorn. Books will be displayed and available for checkout.
